Over the course of 2 sessions, we will conduct a deep dive analysis of your sales calls. After you have uploaded 2-3 recorded calls for analysis, we will schedule your first session. Session One: During the first session, we will listen to and then dissect each submitted call. We will identify opportunities for improvement, identify objections, determine psychological strategies to employ, and develop a basic call script. We will then role-play the call script to build confidence and skill. Session Two: After you've had a chance to put your training to work, you will upload 2-3 new calls for analysis and feedback. We will again dissect the calls, discuss areas for improvement and adjust where needed. Additional drilling and role-playing will be conducted, and we will then close out the session with some goal setting, tracking and accountability.
