Use of the Site and Products<\/strong> The Site and Products are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. License Grant for Products<\/strong> Upon successful purchase and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Download the hypnosis audio file(s) (typically in MP3 or similar format) for personal use only.<\/li>\n<li>Make one (1) archival backup copy solely for your personal use.<\/li>\n<li>Listen to the Product(s) on your personal devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">You may <strong>not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, share, upload to file-sharing sites, or otherwise make the Product(s) available to others.<\/li>\n<li>Use the Product(s) for any commercial purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Product(s).<\/li>\n<li>Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">All Products remain our exclusive property, protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>3. Hypnosis Audio Products \u2013 Important Disclaimers and Safety Warnings<\/strong> Metashifts Hypnosis audio downloads (which may incorporate Ericksonian hypnosis patterns, binaural beats, isochronic tones, and other relaxation techniques) are intended solely for personal relaxation, stress reduction, self-improvement, <a href=\"https:\/\/metashifts.com\/index.php\/product\/hypnotic-productivity\/\">focus<\/a> enhancement, and entertainment purposes.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>They are not medical treatments, therapies, psychological counseling, or substitutes for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.<\/strong> They do <strong>not<\/strong> diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, disorder, condition, or symptom.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Do <strong>not<\/strong> listen to any hypnosis audio while driving, operating heavy machinery, or engaging in any activity requiring full attention, alertness, or physical coordination, as they may induce deep relaxation, drowsiness, or altered states of awareness.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">If you have epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health conditions, are pregnant, under 18, or have any health concerns whatsoever, consult a qualified healthcare professional before listening.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">You assume all risks associated with use of the Products. We are not liable for any adverse effects, outcomes, or experiences.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>4. Purchases and Payment<\/strong> All purchases are final. Digital downloads are non-refundable, except in limited cases of verifiable technical delivery failure that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and fees. We may use third-party payment processors; their terms also apply to your transaction.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>5.
